Fontana Formiello red wine vinegar is made in made in Naples, in the south of Italy, through the fermentation and the ageing of selected organic Italian grapes. This vinegar is unpasteurised, unfiltered, with no added sulfites, and is rich in live enzymes making up the nutritious “mother”. Wine vinegar has a very old history in Italy where it has been prized since Roman times for its therapeutic properties and culinary uses due to its appealing cloudy rose-pink colour and a balanced, fruity aroma.
Ideal in salad dressings, sauces and marinades.
