Our Coppola Passata boasts a rich texture and vibrant red color thanks to carefully sourced, sun-ripened tomatoes from Central and Southern Italy. Harvested at their peak between August and September, these tomatoes are meticulously sorted, sieved, and slow-cooked with just a touch of salt. Using only fresh tomatoes, we avoid concentrate, puree, added sugar, sweeteners, artificial flavors, thickeners, or firming agents. This commitment to pure ingredients ensures a versatile base that adds rich, authentic flavor to all your quick and delicious dishes.
