We make Coppola Tomato Passata (12x350g) with selected round tomato varieties grown in sunny and fertile Central and Southern Italy.
These tomatoes are harvested between August and September at their full ripening stage.
After we sort, sieve, and cook with a pinch of salt at low temperature, we create a smooth sauce with rich texture and bright red color.

We make Coppola Passata from fresh tomatoes, without using concentrate or puree.
We do not add sugar, sweeteners, artificial flavors, thickeners, or firming agents to it.

Good to know: The Italian word passata means “passed through” as people used to make this smooth sauce by passing through a sieve peeled plum tomatoes.
