Ingredients
2 tablespoons FONTANA Formielo Organic White Wine Vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup of COPPOLA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pepper, to taste
1 shallot, minced
Method
• Whisk the white wine vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in the olive oil and add the shallot.
• Drizzle on mixed greens, steamed or boiled vegetables, such as greens beans, asparagus, broccoli, or potatoes.
