The milling process occurs within 48 hours by cold extraction at temperature < 27 C.
This mono varietal oil has an intense green color. It has a rich, robust and complex flavour, that recalls tomato leaves, aromatic herbs and unripe tomatoes.
Mild with fruity notes. Ideal on fish and meat dishes, especially on sliced beef. It also gives excellent results with legumes, salads and vegetable soups.
