We make Fontana Formiello Red Wine Vinegar in Naples, in the south of Italy.
Our producers create Fontana FORMIELLO Organic Red Wine Vinegar through the fermentation and the ageing of selected organic Italian grapes.
This vinegar is:
- unpasteurised
- unfiltered
- with no added sulfites
- rich in live enzymes making up the nutritious “mother”
