Cannellini beans are widely used in Italian cooking; they have a smooth, creamy texture and a mild flavour. Cannellini beans keep their shape when cooked, so they’re perfect for salads. They can be added to tomato-based soups like minestrone or tossed with olive oil and black pepper for a satisfying side dish.
Our beans are made in Italy from selected cannellini beans that are rehydrated and packed in water with nothing else added.
