We make Fontana Formiello white wine vinegar in Naples, in the south of Italy, through the fermentation and ageing of selected organic Italian grapes.

This vinegar is unpasteurised, unfiltered, with no added sulfites, and is rich in live enzymes making up the nutritious “mother”.

Packed in glass bottles with aluminium cap.
