Polenta is a traditional Northern Italian dish where it has been a staple since the beginning of the 16th century when the cultivation of corn was introduced to Europe from the Americas.

Packed under-vacuum in plastic bag with paperboard sleeve.

Good to know: Polenta makes a great coating for anything that requires a satisfying crunch. Try polenta dusted onto potatoes before roasting, or on fish or chicken.
