These olives are large and plump in size and mild and fruity in flavour.

They are ideal for pasta sauces, side dishes, in salads and as appetizers to savour and share.

We artisanally cured these olives in brine.

Good to know: Olives are inedible straight from the tree.

Olives must undergo curing before eating due to their bitter component, oleuropein.
