D’Arco Pitted Black Leccino Olives (6x300g), a variety grown in Italy and cured in Castelvetrano in Sicily.
These olives are ripen to a dark purple colour, plump in size with a meaty texture.
They are ideal for pizza topping, appetizers, side dishes, and in salads.
We artisanally cured these olives in brine.
Good to know: The only difference between green olives and black olives is ripeness; unripe olives are green, whereas fully ripe olives are black.
