Vinuci produces non-alcoholic drinks by completing the fermentation process of wines and reducing their alcohol level to zero through de-alcoholization.
This unique technology allows to evaporate alcohol from wine while keeping unaltered its original flavour bouquet.
This process happens under vacuum at a maximum temperature of approx. 21 C for approximately 48 hours.
The result is a non-alcoholic beverage with an organoleptic composition that closely resembles that of alcoholic wine.
