Intense aromas of peach and apricot underpinned with touches of citrus, pineapple, and minerals.

A sparkling white with brilliant acidity and intense fruit flavors.

This versatile sparkling white pairs well with many types of food, from appetizers to entrees to desserts.

Vinuci beverages are made by obtaining non-alcoholic drinks from wines that undergo fermentation and de-alcoholization, resulting in a zero alcohol content.

This unique technology allows to evaporate alcohol from wine while keeping unaltered its original flavour bouquet.

This process happens under vacuum at a maximum temperature of approx. 21 C for approximately 48 hours.

A non-alcoholic beverage with an organoleptic composition close to that of alcoholic wine remains.

Drink obtained from the dealcoholisation of wine (93%), rectified grape must, carbon dioxide, preserved: sulfur dioxide – dealcoholised Riesling sparkling wine base.
