We make Hillfield Organic Chopped Tomatoes using selected round tomato varieties grown in sunny and fertile Southern Italy.

Judge’s comment: “A most appealing deep red, and peasing chunkiness – a great proportion of chunks to juice. The palate is predominantly sweet, with a touch of acidity suggestive of freshness. The sense of sunny ripeness is palpable. We particularly admired the clean finish with no metallic edge. A really sound product we would happily add to our kitchen cupboards.”
These tomatoes are at their full ripening between the summer months of August and September when they are harvested, attentively sorted, steam peeled and packed in tomato juice.
