They are crunchy and a great choice as snacks. They are good for an aperitif or brunch, or during a meal. Ideal for dipping in olive tapenade, hummus, savoury creams and creamy cheeses. Great also when rolled with a slice of smoked salmon or prosciutto.

Selected specially by Gourmica from an artisanal bakery in the Salento area in Puglia, in the South of Italy. We love these breadsticks because of their multi-cereal texture with mount watering flavour.

Durum wheat re-milled semolina flour, *cereal mix (12%) (wholemeal spelled flour, wholemeal flour, wholemeal rye flour, millet seeds, linseed, sunflower seeds, wheat gluten, sugar, beet fiber sugar, rapeseed oil, barley malt extract, honey, ascorbic acid, enzymes), water, high oleic sunflower oil, olive oil, salt, brewer’s yeast (yeast for baking, salt, stabilizer: xanthan gum).
