Made respecting the traditional Milanese methods of panettone production to guarantee the characteristic alveolation. It give each bite the authentic flavour of the sweet symbol of Milan.

Producers made this true Milanese panettone with passion and quality ingredients.

A four-generation bakery in Milan crafts it, being the only one producing panettone on an industrial scale in the city.

Butter, sugar, candied orange peel (10%), sultanas (10%), rice flour, egg yolk, skimmed milk powder rehydrated, potato starch, sourdough (rice flour, water, lactobacilli, salt), corn starch, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, brewer’s yeast, stabiliser: sorbitol, glycerol, thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum, salt, flavourings.

May contain traces if nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds), peanuts and soy.
