– Barley flour: makes its contribution with fibers, proteins, vitamins and mineral salts;
– Rye flour: with a high content of phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and calcium;
– Spelt flour: rich in B vitamins, potassium and magnesium;
– Rice flour: contributes with its starches;
– Corn flour: it has potassium salts and vitamins;
– Wheat Flour: it has a precious load of fiber, vitamins and mineral salts.
Suitable for bread, pizza, flat bread, and also for cakes.
