D’Arco Pitted Black Leccino Olives grown in Italy and cured in Castelvetrano in Sicily.
These olives are ripen to a dark purple colour, plump in size with a meaty texture.

These olives have been artisanally cured in brine.
Good to know: The only difference between green olives and black olives is ripeness; unripe olives are green, whereas fully ripe olives are black.
