This carefully sieved tomato combines the Smec20 variety, an improved ecotype of the esteemed San Marzano tomato, known for its elongated shape reminiscent of a light bulb.

Grown throughout the Agro Sarnese Nocerino region, it boasts a unique flavor with a subtle acidity and vibrant red pulp.

With minimal seed presence, it yields a dense and rustic puree, adding a distinct taste to your culinary creations.

Discover the Vesuvius tomato, also known as “del piennolo,” cherished for its oval shape, ruby color, and delightful sweet-sour taste. Cultivated without irrigation, it offers a unique flavor profile, perfect for enhancing a variety of preparations.
